BBC released a new trailer for the upcoming Doctor Who season/series. The first episode to the series titled “Asylum of the Daleks” will include every single breed of Daleks that ever existed in the Universe. Their is also a quick glimpse of a possible Dalek Minion (maybe a Kaled or Human Dalek?) pushing The Doctor, Rory, and Amy into some sort of transport beam down to a planet below them which might be a new Skaro. Unfortunately the trailer probably spoiled the ending to that episode but who knows Moffat always have something up his sleeve and no matter what we are all still dying to see the episode.
Not only did the trailer feature scenes from that episode it also included scenes from “Dinosaurs on a Ship” which I find completely awesome because it has Dinosaurs, Ships, and Queen Nefertiti so how could you go wrong there? A new breed of Weeping Angels also are said to appear in this series and we get a quick glimpse of one in the trailer when they show a little cherub statue blow out Rory’s match; The episodes containing the Weeping Angles were filmed in NYC so many fans are hoping that the Statue of Liberty will end up being a Weeping angel.
The trailer also features various glimpses of another episode titled “A Town Called Mercy”; The episode takes place in a old western town where a cyborg is causing chaos. In one scene of the trailer it shows The Doctor sort of yelling at Amy and he mentions “The Master” which many fans know to be The Doctors Arch-enemy, however he could just be talking about the cyborgs creator but we all hope this episode will mark the return of The Master.
