Earlier today Razer announced a pretty cool new concept gaming tablet that they want to make possible. The tablet is called the Razer Fiona and it features a Intel i7 core, 10.1″in/25.6cm 1280*800 touch screen display, Dolby 7.1 surround sound, wifi, bluetooth, and 2 side controllers that appear similar to a mixture of a wii mote nunchuck and playstation move controller (with out the ball top). Currently most of these specifications are solely concept based the real product may feature other specifications but Razer tries their hardest to get it as close to the concept as they can.
This tablet will be the first ever gaming tablet and the first ever tablet to feature external controllers. Razer is still making huge innovations in the world of gaming and this shows us all that they are even more serious about gaming then anyone other gaming company. Razer first showed us great innovations in the gaming industry with their remarkable gaming mouses and keyboards, then they went and created the Razer Hydra the first PC motion sensing controller, then the Razer Blade the most gaming oriented laptop currently on the market, and now they are working on the first gaming tablet.
Razer shows us all how dedicated and creative they are in the gaming industry, and I see them eventually being the ones to create a device to allow us to plug ourselves into a game and control it with our body and see the game mentally and physically (sounds like I’m thinking about the matrix but hey don’t we all love the whole concept of it?).
Overall this tablet will be great and hopefully exalted by all gamers!
