Hello Everyone!
I decided that now since I have the proper firewire cable for my video camera, I would post a little video post. Please note that I haven’t quite learned all there is to know about my camera, or video editing. This post is just to say hello, and introduce a couple things that will be happening around NerdyBlog.com

We’re not sure how many of you have seen the leaked picture of the new Blackberry 8XXX series handheld, but it is now being rumored that Rogers is behind the new Blackberry. This is a sexy looking device, and definately has two thumbs up from us here at NerdyBlog for style. This is very pleasant to look at, and we hope to god this means Rogers is in the process of getting some handhelds before the Americans do. That would be a very good step in the right direction on Rogers behalf. Check out the picture, and drool as we drool over the new Blackberry 8XXX handheld device from RIM and Rogers Wireless.
What do you guys think?
Do you think this means we will soon have a sexy looking consumer Blackberry with full QWERTY keyboard, and all kinds of kick ass new features before America does?
We can’t wait to get our hands on this baby and see just how well it handles everything!

Over at BoyGeniusReport.com they have posted a picture of what seems to be a new Nokia device similar in style to the Nokia E62. They go on to talk about how lacking the E-Series Nokia phones have been, and their faults, as well as their thoughts of this new unit. When will it be released? Who knows it is however a sexy looking device.
Nokia has done its best to separate Nseries and Eseries devices for a long time now, but despite their efforts, fanboys and critics alike seem to always come back to a few core complaints. Eseries devices have always had roadblocks like poor cameras and lack of attention with regards to multimedia. Conversely, the biggest hurdle facing the Nseries according to critics has been lack of a full keyboard. What if Nokia combined the best features of each series and created one device; their own “Jesus phone”? Would it silence the critics or do little more than cannibalize potential business? It looks like we’ll all be able to answer those questions and more in the second half of 2008. According to two of our reliable sources, Nokia is brewing a dynamo slated for a late-2008 release with some of the most impressive specs we’ve seen to date. Here’s what we can tell you: the device is not yet named but it will be an Nseries and will sport the S60 3rd Edition FP2 OS. The body is described as being similar to that of the E61i with a slender candy bar form factor and a full keyboard. That’s not a typo, guys! An Nseries with a full QWERTY keyboard! Details are limited with regards to the guts, but we do know that it will pack either a 5 or 6-megapixel camera with autofocus and 30fps DVD-quality video recording capabilities. We’ve also been told it will have integrated GPS and a few new goodies that will take the Nseries to the next level. With the impending release of the first S60 Touch device and now this beast, 2008 is shaping up to be quite a year for Nokia.
We are hoping that this means this new E62 looking device will outperform at the very least the atrocious Nokia E62. If not, then why bother repainting the E62 and selling it again?
Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!
